JOSH COFFEY

Josh is a respected business leader with more than 20 years of experience across the property, construction, and business growth sectors. Over his career, he has founded and scaled successful companies, and led sales divisions within one of Australia’s largest residential building groups, where he played a pivotal role in developing investor-focused strategies and wholesale models.

His leadership helped drive growth that translated into hundreds of millions in contract value, giving him a deep understanding of how to structure opportunities that create long-term value for property investors.

As General Manager of Prospera, Josh’s vision is to build an industry-leading business that raises the standard of service for property investors and home buyers alike. He is passionate about creating a client experience that combines expert knowledge, transparency, and genuine care. Ensuring every customer feels supported and confident at each step of their property journey.

Beyond work, Josh is deeply involved in his local community, having coached and served on committees for junior football, cricket, and master’s sporting clubs, reflecting his commitment to teamwork, mentorship, and giving back.

Simon Kahl is the Founder of Prospera Property Group and Director of The Loan Company, one of Western Australia’s most respected mortgage brokerages. With over 30 years of experience in finance and property, Simon has established himself as a trusted leader who combines deep expertise with a genuine commitment to client outcomes.

Recognised as “Leader of the Year” at the 2024 Loan Market Group Awards and with The Loan Company consistently ranked among Australia’s Top 25 Brokerages, Simon is known for delivering results at scale while never losing sight of the individual client experience. His “Client for Life” philosophy ensures that every client, no matter their loan size or property goals, receives the same level of care, clarity, and professionalism.

Through Prospera Property Group, Simon brings this ethos into property investment, helping clients build long-term wealth through smart and sustainable strategies. His focus is on integrity, transparency, and aligning property choices with each client’s broader financial goals.

Outside of business, Simon is deeply invested in his family and local community. He can often be found coaching his daughter’s basketball team, supporting grassroots sport, or spending time with loved ones. This balance between professional ambition and personal connection reflects the values that guide his approach to both life and business.

LOUISE KAMINSKIS

Louise Kaminskis is a results-driven marketing leader with over ten years of experience spanning arts, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods. A strategic generalist, she combines creativity and commercial acumen to lead high-performing teams and deliver campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and long-term brand value.

Louise began her career as Marketing and Communications Manager at AWESOME Arts, driving ticket sales through community engagement. She then joined Bedshed, progressing to Assistant Marketing Manager, where she led multi-channel brand campaigns and spearheaded digital transformation projects that achieved record-breaking results across the national franchise network. Her leadership and innovation were recognised when she was named Marketing Executive of the Year at the 2021 WA Campaign Brief Awards.

Most recently, as Brand Manager at Linley Valley Pork, Louise directed consumer marketing across Australia’s competitive FMCG sector, driving category growth through brand storytelling, data insights, and integrated campaign execution.
